◦ 내용 : 연구배경, 연구목적, 연구방법, 연구결과에 대해 150단어 내외로 작성
• 등록비용
◦ 등록비용은 일반회원15만원, 대학원생 7만5천원으로 책정되어 있으나, 본 학술대회가 2014년 한국지역학회 전기학술대회와 공동으로 추진되기 때문에 한국지역학회 회원들에게는 등록비 일부를 지원할 계획입니다. 지원 규모는 추후에 공지하겠습니다.
(등록비는 8월5일과 6일의 점심 및 저녁 만찬, 발표집/기념품 등이 포함된 비용입니다.)

THE FOURTH ASIAN SEMINAR IN REGIONAL SCIENCE

SEOUL NATIONAL UNIVERSITY, SEOUL, KOREA
With recent trend in globalization and cross border activities, promoting
international collaboration is essential. Asian regional science organizations
currently lack of such alliance and exchange of ideas and research. This joint
seminar is set upon with the aim to serve as a platform for crossfertilization
of ideas among scholars and particularly to promote the
exchange of ideas and research among Asian countries and regions.
TOPICS OF INTEREST
Spatial Economics, Economic Geography, Transportation, Asian Regional and
Urban Problems, Regional Development, Location of Economic Activities,
Housing, Regional and Urban Planning, Environmental Quality, Local Public
Finance, Migration and Demographic Analysis, Regional and Urban Resilience
CALL FOR EXTENDED ABSTRACTS
Authors are invited to submit abstracts relating to the topics of interests.
The abstracts and papers should be written in English (in MS Word or PDF
format). All abstracts should be structured as follows:
Title: title should be short, preferably less than 15 words
Author(s): contact details of the author(s) (names, organization/company,
phone/fax no., email and full postal address)
Keywords: provide up to 5 keywords
Background: Short summary of relevant background and problem
addressed
Objectives: define “tangible and measurable” objectives of the work
presented in the paper
Methodology: describe briefly the methodology used or have used to
achieve the research objectives
Results: provide a short summary of the results
IMPORTANT DATES
APRIL 30, 2014 : Deadline for submission of abstracts
JUNE 30, 2014 : Deadline for full papers
REGISTRATION FEE: MEMBERS (US$150), STUDENT (US$75)
